I've also seen Marissa when I needed an emergency trim, and she was very good and gave me a lot of styling tips. I'm really glad Rendezvous takes great care in the color process. I actually never considered this in my previous at-home and salon dyeing experiences, but it makes more sense to take it gradually rather than bleach it out in one go and add color on top of it. It will take a few rounds of bleaching/lightening to get my hair ready for intense color. They also did a great color consult with me, explaining how the pastel shade I had my eyes on might not work with however my dark hair ends up bleaching. I've been to so many salons, in and out of Columbus, where you have to pinpoint exactly what you want to the stylist or they won't do it, and I'm the kind of person who would rather ask a professional "what do you think?" Which is what Puck tells me.
They always listen to what I want and offer their own input and suggestions, which I, as a hairstyle-challenged individual, greatly appreciate.
